Nix, Nancy L. 1944-2025 Osawatomie, Kan.

OSAWATOMIE, Kan. – Nancy Lea Nix 81, of Osawatomie, Kansas, formerly of St. Joseph, passed away Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025, in a Ottawa, Kansas, health care center. She was born Jan. 6, 1944, in King City, Missouri, daughter of the late Darlene and Arvin Nix.

She graduated from Savannah High School and worked at Truman Hospital Kansas City, and System Builders.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, James Nix and Chris Nix; and sister, Patsy Manley.

Survivors include daughter, Kelly (Ronald) Brown; granddaughter, Rachel Novack; three great-grandchildren; and one great- great-grandchild; and a sister, Lois Robbins, of Savannah, Missouri.
