Petitt, Willard 1960-2025 Cosby, Mo.

COSBY, Mo. – Willard “Willie” Petitt, 64, of Cosby, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025, in a St. Joseph hospital. He was born Oct. 3, 1960, in St. Joseph.

Survivors include wife, Belinda Petitt; and three children; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, with the funeral services and public live stream 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at the Rupp Funeral Home, Interment Bethel Cemetery, Cosby. Memorials are requested to the Willie Petitt memorial fund in care of the Rupp Funeral Home.
