Behind the riots

From the 18 U.S. Code § 2101 –Whoever travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses any facility of interstate or foreign commerce, including, but not limited to, the mail, telegraph, telephone, radio, or television, with intent —

  • To incite a riot;
  • To organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot;
  • To commit any act of violence in furtherance of a riot;
  • To aid or abet any person in inciting or participating in or carrying on a riot or committing any act of violence in furtherance of a riot performs or attempts to perform any other overt act for any purpose specified in subparagraph shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

Overt acts not limited to such defendant traveled of interstate or foreign commerce. Could this mean have paid and bused in?

  • Nor shall anything in this section be construed as depriving State and local law enforcement authorities of responsibility for prosecuting acts that may be violations of this section and that are violations of State and local law. (Destruction of property: fires, vandalism, looting)

The term “riot” means a public disturbance involving (1) an act or acts of violence by one or more persons part of an assemblage of three or more persons, which act or acts shall constitute a clear and present danger of, or shall result in, damage or injury to the property of any other person or to the person of any other individual or a threat or threats of the commission of an act or acts of violence by one or more person’s part of an assemblage of three or more persons having, individually or collectively, the ability of immediate execution of such threat or threats, where the performance of the threatened act or acts of violence would constitute a clear and present danger of, or would result in, damage or injury to the property of any other person or to the person of any other individual — and police needed alone with national guard and military units.

Now Sen. Scott Wiener (D) wants law enforcement to stop wearing masks to cover their identity, but has no problem with violent domestic terrorists wearing masks at the same “protests.” How upside down is that?

We are not talking about peaceful protests here. Those who are burning, looting, setting cars on fire, and breaking windows are domestic terrorists, not peaceful protestors. Peaceful protestors hold placards, set up stands with mics, or civilly disobey. But once they turn the corner to destroying private property, burning cars in the streets, throwing chunks of cement at passing cars, and doxxing law enforcement officials, they become criminals.

Zero tolerance of those who mask-up under Soros Co paychecks then go about destroying things to trigger revolution. This is sedition. It is insurrection. It is terrorism.

Why in Democratic cities is to unmask law enforcement and to mask miscreants and terrorists? Would these rioters reveal and release the addresses and I.D’s. with the explicit idea of hurting their families and abode? That is illegal. Do you care more about criminals than about your neighborhoods and fellow human beings.

The police today face daily lack of respect during a routine traffic stop. Many times, a driver of a stopped car will immediately jump out of their vehicle and confront the cop with denials even before being told what their offense were, while starting the camera on their phone.

Now they must content with more danger in these so-called marches, usually called riots.

As it is the policeman job is to protect the public, despite the anger and abuse from those who think they are above the law.

What are these ignorant people going to do when the police decide to “not” answer the call for help?These same people will be the first to “cry” for help; where are they, as politician’s sit behind walled houses with armed security.

Again, why are these rioters not wanting the police, national guard, and military, not to wear masks, while they have face coverage? Is that what they being called a peaceful assembly?
