DESCRIPTION: The National Transportation Safety Board will confirm what investigators determined caused a door plug to fly off an Alaska Airlines jet in midair last year at a meeting on June 24. The alarming incident happened shortly after takeoff from Portland, Oregon. The plane lost pressure and some items were sucked outside but miraculously no one was hurt.
