I know two landlords on the east side of town that owns major properties out there, apartment buildings and houses and anything else they rent them out. They don't have to do the rental inspection. I want to know why. What makes them so special that they don't have to do them?

Such a contrast to the Trump administration that seems to search for the most inexperienced candidates to fill important governmental positions. Way to go, Governor Kehoe and the state of Missouri.
Dying from these fools
Trump and Musk went ahead and destroyed/gutted NOAA and FEMA. Now that hurricane and tornado seasons are on us, there are going to be people dying from these two fools. What they've done, just so they can save a few bucks to give the billionaires. There's going to be people who lose their lives on account of these fools.
He swore he would
Trump says he doesn't know if he needs to uphold the Constitution. Really? He swore that he would uphold the Constitution. Each of the two times he took the presidential oath of office.
