Mytton, Roseanne 1932-2025 St. Joseph, Mo.

Roseanne Schranck Mytton, 92, of St. Joseph, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on May 9, 2025. She was born in St. Joseph on July 7, 1932, the youngest daughter of Raymond and Helen (O’Rourke) Schranck.
Roseanne attended St. Francis Xavier Catholic Grade School and graduated in 1950 from the Convent of the Sacred Heart High School. She went on to attend St. Joseph Junior College (now Missouri Western State University).
On Feb. 12, 1955, she married Jacques “Jack” C. Clifford, who preceded her in death on Aug. 6, 1968. On Jan. 25, 1974, she married William “Bill” Mytton, who preceded her in death on Dec. 24, 2024.
Roseanne devoted herself to service through her church and community.
She is survived by her three daughters, Karen Clifford Wortman (Doug), of Anamosa, Iowa, Gayle Clifford Linville (David), of Dallas, Texas, and Lisa Clifford Winslow (Brad Moore), of St. Joseph; as well as her daughter-in-law, Kristy Clifford, of Garland, Texas.
Affectionately known as “Rizzi”, she was adored by her 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
The family extends their deepest gratitude to those who cared for Roseanne, caregivers Ann, Kristi, Patty, Jessica, Amy and Martha; Freudenthal Home Health; Dr. Charumuka, Katie and Jason with Mosaic Palliative Care and Hospice.
