Miller, Deborah L. 1957-2025 St. Joseph, Mo.

Deborah Lee Miller, 68, of St. Joseph, passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Mosaic Life Care, in St. Joseph. She was born March 23, 1957, in St. Joseph, daughter of Mary and Norman Wuerfele.

Debbie attended Lafayette High School. She married Matt Miller on Nov. 3, 1978. Debbie enjoyed going to garage sales and spending time with her Pug, Dewey.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Matt Miller in 2007; her parents and son, David Miller.

Survivors include children, Justin Wuerfele and Dana (Chris) Miller, both of St. Joseph; grandchildren, Michael, Kenzington, Christian, Matt, Awkman, Cohutta, Emad, Jensen, and Columbiana; great-grandchildren, Delilah and Alijah; her Pug, Dewey; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ms. Miller has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. No services scheduled at this time. Memorials are requested to the American Cancer Society.
