Crystal Olney was promoted to executive producer and assignment editor at News-Press NOW in April 2025.

During her time with News-Press NOW Media Group, Crystal has held a couple positions including page designer, morning producer and senior producer.

She joined the editorial staff in November 2021 as a page designer for the St. Joseph News-Press, and made the switch to the broadcast department as a producer in June 2023. She was a co-producer and photographer for the 2024 News-Press NOW Chiefs Training Camp special: Date with Destiny Road to New Orleans.

Crystal graduated from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri, in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design and a minor in Communications.
