Richard Foster 1948-2024 St. Joseph, Mo.

Richard Foster, 75, St. Joseph, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2024.

He was born Oct. 22, 1948, to Robert and Emma (Culver) Foster in Gallatin, Missouri.

He proudly served with the United States Air Force as a staff sergeant.

Richard was also a member of the Missouri Valley Amateur Radio Club.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Charles Foster.

Survivors include his brothers, Louis and Terry Foster; sister-in-law, Della Foster; and nieces and nephews, Albert “Joe”, Robert, Kim, Jed, Sarah and Beth Foster.

Cremation under the direction of Simplify Cremations & Funerals. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
