It’s Your Call for Jan. 1

Thank you, Rep. Shields

This call is in praise of Representative Brenda Shields. I just had a situation in my life, actually my wife and mine's life, that we just had no solution for. And so, I emailed Brenda Shields. Unbelievably with the health that woman is facing and this time of year, she took care of it for us and we are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. And God help her because she's a wonderful person. Thank you, Brenda Shields. 

She's trying to clean up her act

Well, I guess you'll have to forgive me if I do not believe Nancy Pelosi's explanation that she did not intend to tear up the speech when Trump was giving his State of the Union speech. I believe wholeheartedly she went in there with those intentions. She's just trying to clean up her act before she leaves office. 

Thumbs up and thumbs down

I just wanted to give a big thumbs up to our local Family Guidance for being there for those who have mental and financial needs over the holidays, and a big thumbs down to all the nonprofits that took two weeks off for the holidays, even though they tell us they are needed 24/7.
