Clark, Lavada 1942-2025 Washington, Utah

WASHINGTON, Utah – Lavada “Ruth” Clark 83, formerly of St. Joseph, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 21, 2025, in Washington, Utah. She was born Aug. 2, 1942, in St. Joseph. She taught at Hosea Elementary for over 30 years.

Ruth is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard “Dick” A. Clark; brother, Clyde West.

Survivors include brother, Norman West; a sister, Sarah Westrich; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation 1 to 2 p.m. on Friday with a Celebration of life starting at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 2026, at the Rupp Funeral Home. The Interment will be at the Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials are requested to the Baptist Childrens Home in Chillicothe, Missouri.
