Take the loss

Could someone please explain to me, after a fair and balanced election, why the Democrats are still preaching hate and why they still cannot accept the result that Donald Trump is our president today? Years ago, I thought the first woman of the White House, Michelle Obama, said, “When they go low, we go high.” Whatever happened to the Democrats taking the loss and taking the high road? 

Fund public school programs

Our wealthy governor who supported giving $50 million to private and religious schools, businesses here, what about the 70% of free and reduced lunch children in St. Joe? Is the legislature ever going to fully fund the public school programs? 

Don't understand it

I have no idea why the controversy over two or three high schools would include the closing of Eugene Field Elementary School. It is known as one of your best elementary schools. 

Read up on it

There is a thing called the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Perhaps President Trump should read it. 

Dreadfully wrong

Something dreadfully wrong with a school board that will not listen to the parents and vote against their wishes. And why did they switch from closing Benton to closing Lafayette? Something smells awfully fishy here. 

Can't complain

I really don't think the Democratic Party can complain too much about the economy under President Trump. Seems like they can afford to have a judge on retainer to get them out of their problems whenever they need to. I mean, I'd like to have been so successful as to have kept a kept a judge on the payroll to bail me out.
