Get it done right

I was calling about the streets of St. Joe. Why can't the city do one street at a time instead of several more, and they don't finish anything? On the end of our street, there's a metal cover that's been there for over a month. Can't they fill this in? Quit spending useless money. Get it done and get it done right or call somebody who knows how to do anything.

Something should be done

This is in response to the It's Your Call question of, “Has anyone else out there paid their bills to Mosaic?” And because of their poor bookkeeping, we keep getting letters saying that they have turned it over to collection. Mine have not been turned over to collection, but I keep getting letters saying that I owe a bill that I have paid several weeks prior. I also have a bill that I had to beg for for four or five months that I knew I owed, and they wouldn't send it to me. Of course, I know now they are doing only online billing. And I also have a bill that I paid a year ago, and the check has never cleared. I called about it. They said I paid it. So now I'm going to add that check amount back to my checking account because it's never cleared. So yes, they have a very poor bookkeeping system and something needs to be done about it.
