BCWDC to host October meeting

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (News-Press NOW) -- The Buchanan County Women's Democratic Club will meet Tuesday, Oct. 28, for its monthly meeting.

The meeting will take place at noon at San Jose Steakhouse, located at 4015 S. U.S. Highway 169; however, attendees who wish to order from the menu are encouraged to arrive around 11 a.m.

A Zoom option will also be available.

Becky Gach, the AFL-CIO community services information and referral specialist, and House Minority Floor Leader and State Rep. Ashley Aune (D-Platte City), will be the speakers for October's meeting.

The Action Blue portion of the meeting will be all about podcasts to listen to that feature fact-based news.
