They fear the voters
The Governor of Missouri approved the new redistricting map drawn up by the Republicans. Why do they fear letting the voters make their own choices so much?
All about money
The Democrats are mad about our budget, and they don't want it shut down, but they want $1.7 trillion, I guess, for their little slush funds. That's what this is all about, of course, is money, $1.7 trillion. I'd be so happy with $100, I wouldn't know what to do.
That's not what's happening
These hard right Republicans. Oh, we have a bill right now to be signed by dysfunctional Donnie and the Democrats won't let him. No, that ain't what's happening. They do not want anybody in America to have health insurance except themselves.
Never should reach that point
What happened in Texas the other day at that ICE facility is a terrible thing. Violence is never a choice to make in political parties. It's never should get to that point. But at the same time, what ICE is doing is a terrible thing also.
