Happy 90th Birthday Elbert Turner!

Elbert Turner will celebrate his 90th birthday on Aug. 14, 2025. He was born in Mexico, Missouri, on that date in 1935.

Elbert married Bonnie Hoover on June 18, 1955. She passed away on Jan. 16, 2014. He then married Meryldee Turner on May 29, 2016. Elbert's children are Leslie Heckman (Robert) (Leslie passed away in 1989) and Tracy O'Shannon (Josh). He has three grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Elbert has lived in Mexico, Missouri, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, St.Joseph, Montgomery City, Missouri, Moberly, Missouri.

There will be a reception to honor Elbert on Aug. 10, 2025, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at the Wyatt Park Christian Church, located at 2623 Mitchell Ave., St. Joseph, MO 64507. Come and go event celebrating his 90th birthday.
