About News Weather Classroom

Our news team has created a program called Weather Classroom to give teachers in our local schools another tool in teaching about the weather. These courses are each taught by the News Weather Team: Tyler Wehr, Molly Bernard and Mark Zinn. The presentations and materials are free. There is no cost to your school.

What is Required?

A laptop, projector, and speakers are needed for the presentation. If you cannot provide them, please notify us in advance. Teachers will need to provide crayons or markers for the coloring exercises if desired. At the end of each News Weather Classroom, teachers will be given certificates which they can fill out for their students.
