Investigation: Raw Italian sausage did not have added seasoning ingredients labeled on the packages. One of two pork seasonings did not have printed labels available in store.
Action taken: Management told any added ingredients at the store must be clearly printed on the labels of both raw and cooked meats. Meats must have proper labels for food safety purposes.

Eleven dented cans were found, along with one that had a missing label. All dented cans and unlabeled cans must be removed from the shelves.
