I read a letter in the paper where a pastor said he sees nothing wrong with a drag queen reading to little children at the library. It’s not a Dr. Seuss book he’s reading; it’s a book about acceptance of a lifestyle. My Bible says you can’t serve two masters. You can’t serve God and you can’t serve man. So I ask you, pastor, by your decision on this matter, who are you serving? Are you serving God? Or are you serving man?
Thanks, Judge Patrick Robb, for sending that guy to prison for 15 years for child molestation. More judges need to follow suit.
President Donald Trump’s out here saying again that because of the tax bill he passed, we’re all rich. Consumers are all rich and loaded up with cash. Now, I didn’t get a thing out of that tax bill, and I don’t know anyone who did. But even so, at an average of $2,000 per family, I don’t think that makes people rich. That’s a car repair or an extra house payment. I don’t know what world Trump lives in, but it’s not mine.
Bill comes due
Who’s paying for the wall? It’s the military, who’s supposed to protect our country. The president swore he was going to protect our homeland, and yet we’re paying for a wall, our military is paying for Trump’s wall. Who’s really paying for the wall? It surely is not Mexico.
Leave it to liberal San Francisco to declare the NRA a terrorist group. It seems to me after watching and reading and being a member for many years that the NRA protects our Second Amendment in the Constitution. So why wouldn’t the liberals in California want to make them a terrorist group? We can’t have people defending our Constitution. That would be awful.
Thanks, big oil
Thank the fossil fuel companies for low gas prices for our cars, reasonable heating bills for our homes and reasonable electrical prices from fossil fuel electrical generation. Only 10 years ago, we depended on countries like Iran and Saudi Arabia for energy, and we had to pay whatever price they wanted. Before we go insane and shut down fossil fuel production, ask yourself what price are you willing to pay to run your home and vehicles. Also, these benefits extend throughout the entire production process of goods and services to help keep prices low. It benefits the poor and middle-class Americans the most. The wealthy left, like Al Gore, do not really care; they can afford their massive homes and private jets anyway.
