The honest truth
It is troubling to me to worry about will we ever get back to an honest media? Will we ever get back to reporters who go after stories honestly, and go after a story because it is not linked to an agenda, but because it actually is news? Because as long as you have propaganda, you have very little hope because you can’t trust anything when it is propaganda. I don’t know that we will ever get back to honest media, but I wish we knew how to get there.
Putting lives at stake
St. Joe has been so progressive in trying to build lots of bike trails and hiking trails for recreation, and yet the bikers and runners continue to use the throughways. That puts their lives and other people’s lives at stake.
Who remembers when?
Who remembers past elections when both Democrats and Republicans were civil with their differences? Admittedly, you have to go back several elections. What a difference an election makes. This is all-out war, with insults and indecencies being hurled by both parties. What is at risk is our liberty. Hillary must be defeated to set the tone that America is hurting, but we are coming back with a vengeance.
Put it on hold
I am calling about the Blacksnake Creek project. I have got a suggestion: Put the whole thing on hold until we get a new administration and maybe the government won’t be demanding that we spend $14 million on something that we should and have controlled by ourselves.
Not letting you in
I’m calling because, actually, I kinda feel guilty. I drive a semi through St. Joseph quite a bit. There is a point in my trip where people getting on, I will not scoot over to let cars merge. I feel guilty about this, but I wanted to explain why semis will not do this. The cars will get on and then not let us get back over when we need to take our exit 2 miles up the road. That forces us to miss our exit. These things won’t turn around in a Wal-Mart parking lot. I need city blocks or more to turn around, depending on the location. While I feel bad, I am not going to let you on. I’m sorry.
