When it comes to summer baseball, St. Joseph keeps staying on the map.

The Mustangs checked in on the Collegiate Summer Baseball Top 35 at No. 34 and are the only MINK League team to crack the list.

Currently, the defending MINK champions are 12-5 overall, and 8-5 in the league. They are tied with Chillicothe for first place in the MINK’s North Division.

The Mustangs begin the week with a doubleheader Monday at Sedalia and another twin bill Tuesday in Branson.

The road swing continues with another single game in Branson on June 22, and a ballgame in Sedalia on June 23.

The team returns home Friday for a contest against the Carroll Merchants. That night will feature a birthday party for Rally, the team mascot.

Saturday is Star Wars Night as the Mustangs play host to Chillicothe.
