ALBANY, Mo. - Lori Gwen Powers, 57, a resident of Albany, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2019, at Mosaic Life Care, St. Joseph.
Lori was born Nov. 11, 1961, in Albany.
She was the daughter of Glen and Naomi (Newman) Walker.
Her father preceded her in death.
On July 12, 1986, she was united in marriage to Greg Powers.
He survives of the home.
Lori is also survived by: her son, Jeff (Heidi) Powers, Delta, Iowa; daughter, Laura Crawford, Creston, Iowa; grandchildren: Colton, Brady, Madysen, Maci, Ryleigh, Ethan and Emma; mother, Naomi Walker, Stanberry, Missouri; sisters, Gail (Mike) Gregory and Valerie (Larry) Marticke, all of Stanberry; Penny (Kevin) Schlenker, Gentry, Missouri; and mother-in-law, Darlene Powers, Gentry.
Lori worked as a data processor in banking.
She was a member of the Grant City Christian Church.
Funeral service: 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 23, 2019, at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany.
Burial: in the Jennings Cemetery, Alanthus Grove, Missouri.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, on Monday, at the chapel, where friends may call anytime after 3 p.m. Sunday.
