AMAZONIA, Mo. Kendell R. Delp, 18, of Amazonia, passed away January 10, in an automobile accident near Savannah, Missouri.
He was born in St. Joseph on February 3, 1999, to Johnny Paul and Sara A. (Ramsay) Delp.
Kendall was a senior at Savannah High School and also attended auto technician classes at Hillyard Technical School. Kendall worked at Gibsons Garage, in Savannah. Kendall was a member of Community of Christ Church, St. Joseph.
He was preceded in death by: his paternal grandfather, Paul Delp. Kendalls honorary grandfather, James L. Kempa, passed away on January 12, 2018.
Survivors include: his parents, Johnny P. Delp and Brenda K. Kempa, of their home in Amazonia; his mother, Sara Ramsay-Delp, Falls City, Nebraska; brothers, Randy P. Delp, Kansas City, Missouri, Jesse Ramsay, Barnard, Missouri, Daniel Frenzel, Nebraska City, and William Delp, of the home; grandmothers, Vesta Delp, Oregon, Missouri, Mary Kempa, Amazonia; honorary grandmother, Teresa Mackey, Oregon, Missouri; girlfriend, Kendra Curtis; aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services: 3 p.m. Monday, Chamberlain Funeral Home, Oregon.
The family will greet friends following the service.
Private family inurnment at Maple Grove Cemetery, Oregon.
