ALBANY, Mo. - Beth Clair, 61, of Albany, passed away Friday, November 16, 2012, at Heartland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph.

Beth, the daughter of Ross and Gerthel (Newman) Carlock, was born July 13, 1951, in Gentry County, Mo.

Her father, Ross preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Lowell and Jerald Carlock; and a brother-in-law, Bob Stevens.

On July 26, 1969, she was united in marriage to Russell Clair.

Beth was a homemaker. She worked as a cook for the hospital, Albany High School and Plainview Nursing Home. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Albany.

Survivors: husband, Russell of the home; sons, Mike (Traci) Clair, Albany, Steve (Jill) Clair, Albany; daughters, Cindee (Elda) Haynie, Craig, Mo., Robin Clair, Liberty, Mo., Brandy (Kyle) Wedlock, Chilicothe, Mo.; mother, Gerthel Carlock, Albany; sister, Carolyn Stevens, Albany; grandchildren, Madison Clair, Derek Brown, Rachelle Wedlock, Ross Clair, Austin Wedlock, Christen Brown, Garrett Clair, Rhett Haynie, Gabe Wedlock.

Funeral Service: 1 p.m. Tuesday, November 20, at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, Albany with burial in the Old Brick Cemetery, Albany. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, at the Roberson-Polley Chapel, where friends may call anytime after 2 p.m. on Monday, at the chapel.
