Mayor’s proclamation, 11 a.m., St. Joseph Public Library, Downtown branch, 927 Felix St. Mayor Bill McMurray will present the library with a proclamation for Local History Week and Founders Day. The library is helping the community celebrate the second annual event, running from July 22 through 27.
