Placeholder voting booth

Amendment 2 on the Aug. 4 ballot in Missouri is a constitutional amendment that would expand Medicaid in Missouri.

A “yes” vote would expand Medicaid coverage to households whose income is at 138% or below the poverty line, which would equate to around $26,000 for a family of three. The group that would be impacted would be individuals between the ages of 19 and 65. A “no” vote would oppose the expansion of Medicaid benefits to those people.
