A couple from Hamilton, Missouri, has been charged in connection with the sexual assault of a 16-year-old boy after allegedly asking him to join them during a sexual encounter.
According to court documents, Clay Dunlap, 24, and Miranda Millikan, 24, were engaged in sexual intercourse on July 20 at Millikan’s house in Hamilton, when Dunlap allegedly told the woman that a minor they knew was attracted to her. The woman then allegedly told Dunlap to invite the 16-year-old to her house, the court documents said.
The boy was brought to Millikan’s house, where he told the couple that he was 16, with the two allegedly acknowledging and disregarding the statement, according to court documents. Millikan allegedly had sexual contact with the boy, the court documents state.
Dunlap has been charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child, with court documents alleging he admitted to inviting the child over with knowledge of what would take place. Dunlap is being held at the Caldwell County Jail on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
Millikan has been charged with second-degree statutory rape, with court documents alleging she was informed of the boy’s age by his stepfather two weeks prior the reported incident. She also is being held at the Caldwell County Jail on a $10,000 cash-only bond.
