Area high school students learn social graces, such as table etiquette and the waltz, while completing the Cotillion program.

The Cotillion for Achievement is offering applications for its annual session, which includes scholarships, enrichment opportunities, leadership training and recognition for college-bound seniors currently attending an accredited school in Andrew and Buchanan counties.

To receive an application, high school seniors should contact their school counselors. Information can also be obtained by visiting the website www.cotillionforachievement.org or the Cotillion for Achievement Facebook page.

All applications must be delivered to the Downtown library by 5 p.m. Friday, Oct 11, or postmarked by that date. Weekly updates of activities will be posted on the Cotillion for Achievement Facebook page.
