The Cotillion for Achievement Board held a reception Dec. 16 at the Remington Nature Center to recognize the finalists and their parents of the Cotillion for Achievement Class of 2019. The 16 finalists represent eight different Andrew and Buchanan county schools. The finalists are as follows: Kiyah Blake, Savannah High School. Hannah Brown, St. Joseph Christian. Over the next two months, the finalists will be participating in a series of classes and activities to further develop leadership skills, communication skills, etiquette and community involvement. The Award of Distinction winners will be announced at the Cotillion for Achievement Ball held Feb. 9 at the St. Joseph Country Club.
