Cookies and cream dessert
4 cups crushed Oreos
3/4 cup melted butter
Mix and press in bottom of 13x18 pan
8 ounces of softened cream cheese
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup powdered sugar
12-ounce container of Cool Whip
7-ounce package of instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix softened cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar then fold in Cool Whip. In another bowl, blend instant pudding, vanilla and milk. Let that set up then fold in cream cheese mixture. Pour over Oreo crust.
May add a layer of Oreo crumbs sprinkled over the top. Chill and serve.
Filling may also be used over a Graham cracker crust.
