Easy, three-ingredient popcorn balls:
6 cups of popped popcorn
3 tablespoons butter
8 ounces of marshmallows
Melt butter in a large pot and add marshmallows.
Remove from heat and stir in the popcorn.
Let it cool.
Butter up your hands and begin forming into balls.
Place on wax paper to set so they won't sick to your counter.
Caramel popcorn balls
2 11-ounce bags wrapped caramels
1 stick unsalted butter
8 to 10 cups popped popcorn
Melt butter and unwrapped caramels in pan on medium-low heat.
Stir frequently to prevent scorching.
Pour melted caramel onto the popcorn in a bowl and mix well.
Spread caramel popcorn mixture onto lined baking sheet for it to cool.
Grease hands with extra room temperature butter.
Once caramel popcorn mixture has cooled enough, form into the popcorn balls and place on parchment paper.
Allow caramel popcorn balls to rest.
(Add nuts to your mixture for an added flavor)
