Ramen Noodle Skillet

1 pound ground beef

1/4 cup onion, diced

2 packages ramen noodles

2 cups frozen mixed veggies

2 cups water

Brown the beef and onions until done, pour into a bowl, then season with one seasoning package from the ramen noodle package and set aside. In same skillet, combine water, veggies, remaining seasoning package and both packages of crushed Ramen noodles. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for two to four minutes or until noodles are tender. Return beef and onions to skillet just until heated through and serve.
