BBQ Pork Burger Recipe
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 1/2 pounds ground pork
4 hamburger buns, toasted
Whisk vinegar and barbecue sauce in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons sauce mixture to pork in another bowl, mix well. Gently shape into four patties. Brush hamburger buns with reserved sauce mixture. Grill burgers about eight minutes, flipping once and brushing with remaining sauce mixture. Serve on toasted buns with prepared coleslaw.
