JAMESON, Mo. - Bob D. Henderson, 88, Jameson, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2019, at a Gallatin, Missouri nursing home.

Bob was born Sept. 3, 1930, in Elizabeth, Arkansas, the son of Arthur A. and Lena (Callaway) Henderson.

On May 22, 1955, he married Avonda Scott. They later divorced. He then married Carolyn Blackburn on Dec. 29, 2001. She survives of the home.

He served in the United States Marine Corp for two years and was a member of the VFW Post #8824, Pattonsburg, Missouri. He was also a member of the Coffey Baptist Church.

Bob was preceded in death by: his parents; brothers, Ted and Owen Henderson; sister, Juanita Moses; and step-son, Troy Blackburn.

Survivors in addition to his wife, Carolyn are: his children, Steve (Kathy) Henderson, Kenneth (Karen) Henderson, both of Coffey, Missouri, and Linda Henderson O'Dell, Kansas City, Missouri; step-children, Jeff (Greta) Blackburn, Cameron, Missouri; step-daughter-in-law, Beth Blackburn; grandchildren, Livi, Rehonan, Nicole, Jessica, Murphy, Joshua, Nick, Destiny, Issac, Holly and Heather; several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins; brother, Jerry (Eva) Henderson, Trenton, Missouri; sister, Wanda (Larry) Deskins, Chillicothe, Missouri; and sister-in-law, Shirley Henderson, Gallatin, Missouri.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, June 8, at Coffey Baptist Church, Coffey, under the direction of Roberson Funeral Home, Pattonsburg, Missouri.

Burial with Military Rites will follow in the Clear Creek Cemetery, Jamesport, Missouri.

The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, at the church.
