Weather delays Fort Smith
In light of the continuing rain, the grand opening for Fort Smith will be delayed for several weeks.
It has been nearly impossible to conduct any consistent construction work, since mid-April. Even when the rain stops, workers have to wait several days, until the earth dries out.
A new date will be announced in June.
