The Second Harvest Community Food Bank's annual campaign to eradicate hunger has broadened into the region.
Second Harvest will kick off its Food Justice Movement in Rock Port, Mo., on Saturday, at the Houts Fair Building, 201 E. U.S. 169 Highway, in an effort to raise $400,000. Although the nonprofit organization annually holds fundraising drives, organizers said this movement focuses on a regional effort.
