16 cited for illegal fishing in area

Missouri Department of Conservation officials netted 16 people in Northwest Missouri for fishy behavior over the holiday weekend.

Agents cited them for illegally capturing catfish by hand-fishing methods, called noodling, in several rivers in Northwest Missouri. Numerous citations were issued in Andrew and Linn counties for Class A misdemeanors on Sunday.

    Isn't it odd that government has the will and the power to punish humans for fishing and hurting spawns , nesting but government allows humans to abort innocent babies?
