MARYVILLE, Mo. — A Northwest Missouri State University professor who faces felony drug charges appeared in court Tuesday in Nodaway County.
Matthew Rouch, 57, of Maryville, was charged Sept. 6 with felony production of a controlled substance and one count of felony possession of a controlled substance after he was arrested by campus police for allegedly making “terrorist threats,” court documents stated.
