Looming budget cuts in Washington could eliminate air traffic control at Rosecrans Memorial Airport, but the full impact is expected to be delayed until the fall.
Abe Forney, general manager at the airport, said aviation organizations are warning that cuts to the Federal Aviation Administration could shut down air traffic control towers at 189 smaller airports nationwide.
