Already a mother to 5-year-old Alice, Tina Fey has officially become a mom of two with the birth of a second baby girl.

The “30 Rock” star and her husband, composer Jeff Richmond, welcomed new daughter Penelope Athena Richmond on Wednesday, People.com reported.

The Emmy-winning writer/performer and author of the nonfiction book "Bossypants," Fey first revealed her pregnancy to Oprah Winfrey in April.

"My husband and I really decided that we felt rather than risk having '30 Rock' end in several years and feeling like part of our family is missing that we were going to prioritize our family," she told Winfrey.

Fey and Richmond met doing improv in Chicago.
