Services: 1 p.m. Friday at Heaton Bowman Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel. Interment: Mount Auburn Cemetery. Visitation will begin after 9 a.m. Thursday at the Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

The family requests memorial contributions to United Cerebral Palsy or the American Cancer Society.
