WHEREAS, on June 17, 2019, the following Ordinance will be introduced for first reading by the Council of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri: An Ordinance (Bill #434-18) authorizing an amendment to Sections 31-028 "C-O Non Retail Commercial District", 31-029 "C-1 Neighborhood Shopping District", 31-030 "C-2 Downtown Business District", 31-031 "C-3 Commercial District", 31-034 "M-1 Light Manufacturing District", and 31-035 "M-2 Heavy Manufacturing District" all in Chapter 31 "Zoning", of the Code of Ordinances to provide clarification related to the definition of drive-through or drive-up services. NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given to all citizens of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, that the Council will hold a public hearing on July 1, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber at City Hall on the aforesaid Ordinance which will be introduced for passage and at which time all parties in interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard and be informed as to the aforementioned Ordinance.
