Mayor to speak to Democratic group
St. Joseph mayor Bill Falkner will be the featured speaker at the next meeting of the Buchanan County Women's Democratic Club.The meeting begins at 1 p.m. on Feb. 28 at Le Peep restaurant, 919 N. Woodbine Road in St. Joseph.The mayor will speak on the state of the city.
